How long does a tour take?
Most of our tours last 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We can adjust the length to fit your schedule.

What if it rains or snows?
Tours run in all weather — just dress appropriately! For rainy days, we can adjust the route. We guide tours year-round, and during Advent, we offer special Christmas-themed tours through festive Ostrava. 

Can I book last-minute?
Yes! If a guide is available, we’re happy to arrange a tour even on short notice. Just contact us as soon as you can.

Which languages do you offer?
We offer tours in English, German, Polish, Spanish, and Russian. Let us know your preference when booking.

How big can our group be?
We guide individuals, couples, families, school groups, or company teams — from 1 to 50 people. For larger groups, we can provide more guides.

Can I request a custom tour?
Absolutely! Just tell us what you’re interested in — history, architecture, local pubs, nature, industrial heritage — and we’ll build a tour just for you.

Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes! We can adapt the tour content and pace to make it fun and engaging for younger visitors.

Where do the tours start?
Most tours start in the city center, typically with a visit to the Viewing Tower of the New City Hall, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Ostrava. Entry to the tower is available at a discounted rate as part of the tour. If needed, we can also arrange a different meeting point.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Many routes are accessible, but please let us know in advance so we can adjust the itinerary accordingly.
