Leading Czech singer-songwriter Radůza is returning to Barrák! We can look forward to a cross-section of her work

The beginning of the professional career of this leading Czech singer-songwriter is already legendary. She was discovered as a street artist in 1993 by Zuzana Navarová, who introduced her to a wider audience in the shrine of Czech popular music, Lucerna in Prague. Radůza survived this baptism of fire, and a few weeks later triumphed there as the opening act for Suzanne Vega. She had the same honor at Mike Oldfield's concert in Prague. Since then, she has released a number of very successful solo albums that have broken sales records without any advertising, won several Golden Angels and also scored in the Golden Nightingale poll. Thanks to her uniqueness and original songs, drawing primarily from Czech tradition, she has also captivated audiences abroad, for example in Poland and France.

Radůza is the author of both music and lyrics and accompanies herself on several musical instruments. In October 2023, the year of her 50th birthday, she decided to take stock and release a double album called Bylo nebylo, which contains a selection of the most successful songs she has composed over the past thirty years of her musical career.
After many years of successful collaboration with her backing band, she decided to return to her songwriting roots and perform in parallel in a solo program, in which she will present a cross-section of her previous work as well as completely new songs.
