From June 20 to 28, 2026, Ostrava will host the Men's and Women's World Hockey Ball Championship. After nine years, the world championship is returning to the Czech Republic and will be held in Ostrava for the first time ever. The best national teams in the world will perform in the Ostravar Arena and a multifunctional hall, where fans can enjoy nine days full of sports. The championship will also include a fan zone with an accompanying program, activities for visitors and a place for joint cheering.
