Third edition of an event, which introduces promising musical projects from Moravian-silesian region

This year, Stratopilot, Něco něco, Genom and Adela will perform.

Stratopilot is a musical project that combines alternative pop with a certain essence of a film soundtracks. The band released a debut EP that reflects the exploration of the surrounding world and the preservation of fleeting feelings and moments, whether in the countryside, the city or in the intimacy of its own apartment. It all started in 2020, when musician Jakub Krajíček founded a project that was supposed to be a counterpoint to his regular work - composing incidental music. With the first song, he approached lyricist and guitarist František Kuča and they created a creative tandem. The lineup was gradually supplemented by drummer Viktor Dořičák and singer Veronika Boráková, known as Nika.

Něco něco play dance indie pop, in which you can hear the influence of post-punk, electronica or new wave. They are inspired by bands such as New Order, Robyn, Future Islands, LCD soundsystem or Arcade Fire. They enjoy the colorful aesthetics of 8O’ synth pop and the rawness of nineties guitars. Their Czech lyrics are personal and intense, their concerts are wild and danceable. They have played at festivals such as Colours of Ostrava, Metronome or Slunovrat. The band was formed in 2019 and has released three albums, Začíná (2020), Útržky (2021), for which they were nominated for the Vinyl and Apollo music awards, and Třetí (2023).

Singer Adela became a musical discovery at the Čistý festival at the age of 15 and was able to perform at Colours Of Ostrava, Votvírák and FM City Fest. As part of her singing career, she has won a number of domestic and international awards in the “Pop” category and sings in several foreign languages, including Spanish. She plays at festivals with her band and is supported by experienced songwriters, including Pokáč, Petr Harazin and music producer Johny Rainbow. She is currently composing her own songs, her original music can be heard on Spotify, Óčka and on the radio.

Ticket holders for the concerts Pražský výběr + Bez ladu a skladu + Skrat, J.A.R. + Monkey business and the Metal!!! festival have free admission.
