One of the oldest and most architecturally valuable buildings located in the area of a black coal mine. This is the place where miners started their shifts, changed into their working clothes and went underground. At the end of their shifts they washed off the coal dust in the showers.

The old bathrooms were later used as a practise ground for a mining orchestra and the first puppet theatre in Ostrava was created here.
